2. First Flight Pot Still Whiskey
   • Cask Strength: Unfiltered and all-natural, showcasing the heart of our craft.
   • Aged in Oloroso Sherry Casks: This whiskey shines with a beautifully balanced profile of dried fruits, roasted nuts, and a hint of chocolate, all enhanced by its exclusive sherry cask aging.

Both whiskeys are all-natural, with no chill filtration or added color, ensuring the truest expression of their origin.
